The fact that you bought this guide tells me something about you. It tells me you haven't given up. That even when things have been hard, even when it feels like the relationship with your child is slipping, you are still looking for a better way. That is not a small thing. That is a parent who loves their child deeply.
Please don't rush through this guide. Read it slowly. Let the concepts settle. Some of what you read will feel obvious in hindsight — you may even feel frustrated that nobody told you sooner. That's normal. What matters now is that you know.
